That hunmang thrashed left and right, as expected of an Immemorial Demon Beast. Even though it was Primordial Infant Realm, it still used its formidable magical energy against an Approaching Heaven magic treasure. It spat all of its lightning as a ball that instantly covered Yang Yuanzhi’s magic treasure.

The thunder-light was domineering, its boom rolling. Dark clouds churned in the skies, dimming the world.

“As if you can struggle against This Young Master’s ‘Human Slaughter Blade.'” Yang Yuanzhi sneered and struck a sequence of hand seals. That multi-colored light broke the lightning and revealed its true form, a malevolent weapon surging with blood-qi, as if it had gathered the grudges of mankind. Once out of the thunder-light, it was like a feral beast released from its cage.

A terrible ghostly cry came from the blade and shook the world. The hunmang surprisingly felt fear and terror.

The hunmang used a thunder escape in an attempt to dive and break away.

But Yang Yuanzhi’s three guards did not give it that change. Each of the three were Golden Core Late Stage, their Bagua nearly complete. They formed hand seals, and sword arrays and talisman arrays descended in all directions. Yang Yuanzhi’s eyes were red, and the Human Slaughter Blade’s blood-light erupted and slashed at the hunmang.

The hunmang had cultivated for a thousand years in the depths. It struggled with all its might and expelled a Demon Core. That core became a monster-faced infant; surprisingly, it was a Demon Beast’s Primordial Infant.

“Seems it was on the verge of human metamorphosis.” Seeing the infant Demon Core, Yang Yuanzhi’s eyes gleamed.

A Demon Core becoming a Primordial Infant signified a Demon Beast could metamorphosize to a human appearance and become a True Demon King. At that time, they would be like true cultivators in their every move and gesture, able to utilize an assortment of abilities and be unrestricted. However, it was very difficult to train this transformation. The infant Demon Core was also very precious, and if one were to ingest it, they could not only comprehend this Demon Beast’s powers, they could even inherit some of its magical energy; it was an enormously valuable item. The treasures that money could buy were not treasures. What Yang Yuanzhi had was money, but only a few cultivators would be willing to sell such Demon Cores.

“Despicable cultivators, today, you will die without a corpse to bury.” The hunmang’s Primordial Infant screeched and raised its tiny arms, activating one of its powers. Tens of thousands of thunderclaps washed over the earth in an incomparbale spectacle.

The Human Slaughter Blade’s blood-qi was surprisingly suppressed by the thunder-light.

These thunderclaps were actually comparable to a thunder tribulation.

“This One guards these grounds on orders from Lord White Emperor. All must die, all must die.” The hunmang’s Primordial Infant angrily shouted. Its previous carelessness had allowed a damned couple to escape, and now, it was surprisingly fished out of the seafloor by someone who wanted to kill it. The hunmang was thoroughly enraged.

This ability, “Tribulation Of Thunder Pond,” exploded.

The seas immediately surged, as if it had become the rolling thunder pond.

“Young Master, be careful.”

The trio exclaimed.

But Yang Yuanzhi was careless. His expression changed, and his pupils immediately contracted. A near imperceptible shudder ran through his entire body. A tyrannical breath filled with the taste of destruction seemed about to pulverize him. The Primordial Infant Realm ability was sufficient to completely destroy him.

Just at this critical moment.

A large cyclone seemed to appear beside him without warning, its shrill noise irritating his eardrums.

“Bang!!!!!”

A frightening noise. In the middle of the thunder pond, a figure astonishingly leapt out. A large amount of blood-arrows violently filled the sky.

The figure of the hunmang’s Primordial Infant was already like a shooting star, sent flying far away.

A beautiful woman appeared out of thin air. She stood on top of the thunder pond, her expression nonchalant.

This woman figure leaned to the side, her expression pale. She wore a white shirt and pearl necklace, and her long hair was black and gray, a very sickly appearance. But even when she was so weak, her sickly looks made the hunmang smell terrible fear, the same from before – a powerful Divine Energy.

Divine Name.

“Yuanzhi, you have grown a bit arrogant.” The woman coughed several times and shook her head, her gaze filled with disappointment.

Yang Yuanzhi’s haughty attitude crumbled under the girl’s stare. The man filled with trepidation and carefully spoke: “Wan’er has indeed instructed so. This was my blunder.”

The woman turned her gaze towards the midair hunmang.

The hunmang knew that it could not outfight her in the air. This woman was stronger than the previous DIvine Name severalfold; it was not match for her. Seeing this, it wanted to flee, “We will have to trouble you on how to enter the Heaven Sacrifice level.” The woman coughed and spoke with a kind of apologetic tone as she pointed her finger.

A spirit-light shot into the ocean.

The thunder-light of the waters surprisingly turned into an enormous cage that promptly trapped the hunmang.

Su Xuesha and Qi Qi slept against Qi Lin’s shoulders, leaving him a bit helpless. Originally, he had thought they were tired, but gradually, he noticed something was wrong. Their breathing was calm, but they seemed short of breath.

Sleep first??1

Qi Lin recalled Su Xuesha’s last words, unsure of what they meant.

The leaves filled and fluttered through the sky, the willow tufts dispersing through the air once blown on. Then, they became nearly invisible clear-qi that entered Qi Lin’s body. He was startled, but by circulating his magical energy, he found this clear-qi vanished from his body.

What was going on?

Qi Lin was unable to rouse them, and knowing he could not continue the break, directly carried one girl in each arm and trekked towards the giant tree at the mountaintop. If he was right, that Illusionary Flying Snow should be there. He hoped that all of this would be worth it.

Qi Lin did not have much time to think. He bounded forward and ran up the mountain.

The magnificent “Immortal Slumber” trees in the surroundings rustled, the forest trembled, and these trees that seemingly had a motherly bearing monitored Qi Lin’s run. The leaves fell in ever greater numbers, becoming clear qi that continuously entered his pores.

But none of this had any effect on Qi Lin.

With his smooth progress, he was nearly at the foot of the mountain. He looked up to see that giant green tree was already increasingly close. The moon and sun on top of the tree were unusually eye-catching, as if they were rising from and setting into treetop itself.

“In the Great Primordial, there is a mountain, and on top of it is a green tree named the Pine of Gui Ge from which the sun and moon rise and set.”

Qi Lin suddenly remembered this description from the Classic Of Mountain And Sea. This appeared very similar.

True Dragon Hibernation and countless mechanisms in Changliu, just what lay in slumber here.

At this moment, he suddenly heard a cry.

Qi Lin looked. From the canopy, a phantasmal phoenix flew out. The bird then transformed into a qilin-like Spirit Beast when it touched the ground, its whole body filled with an indistinct spirit-qi as it stared coldly at him.

It was the Illusionary Flying Snow.
