Actually, how well can these Supervoid Ancestors hold up against Su Xing at present?
Roughly a d9zen Star Generals with half of them able to beat Supervoids themselves, and a guy with strength that’s equivalent to at least 2 stages higher than what he’s actually at.
He should be Supercluster Early/Middle, but his raw power is closer to late stage/Peak when compared to other Star Cultivators.
Plus, he’s got TONS of experience fighting ppl way stronger than him.
…Well, as long as they aren’t Overlords at True Phoenix or higher anyway…
But… then… those two are there… Xia Chen and his Star General.

I’d be surprised if Konghou had actually been holding back at that time. Just goes to show how much effort goes into becoming an Overlord.
There’s basically no way Konghou WASN’T holding back against Su Xing when all she did was tap him a couple of times to royally knock his ass out. Granted, Su Xing could only do so much with Chai Ling as bait/hostage, it speaks volumes for an MC who specializes in come from behind victories to get so thoroughly and one sidedly curb stomped.
That said, Su Xing is only human and OP or not… A lot of ppl outclass him. He just has schemes and good party members to balance out his OP skills.
That’s what the WN does well. It still manages a balance between OP and not being straight broken.
But… the constant boss rushes are… why Su Xing is so strong to begin with.

Bet the nine halls isn’t arranging the torches in each palace in the correct order at the same time, but more likely arranging the torches a certain way in each palace not just in each palace, but in relation to the other palaces. Considering the torches don’t stay lit long probably have to have the right torches lit in each palace simultaneously so no matter the row or column of the palaces are picked is equal to fifteen. So it’s not each palace that needs its torches arranged to 15 but the row or column of palaces equaling 15. Although I’m just guessing and answer could be both a certain arrangement of the rows and columns of the torches in each palace equaling something and then the arrangement of the torches in each palace in relation to the other palaces making the rows and columns equal something as well. Guess we’ll just have to keep reading to find out one way or another but think I’m on to something.
