Chen Mo was drawn in by this beautiful voice. He turned his head to look. On a wide platform at the bottom of the volcano, he saw a young woman sitting in a wheelchair facing him.

The young woman’s hair was grey, her skin whiter than snow, the flow of her blood vessels seemingly visible. However, that was blue-colored blood, like ice refracting light. She wore an intriguing, old style garment, and her hair was tied in a bun.

The girl’s eyes were closed. Although she was unable to see, she nevertheless pinpointed Chen Mo’s presence precisely.

Faced with a stranger’s rash intrusion, the young woman was not startled at all, showing no fluster or panic in the slightest. At first glance, she was like a sculpture of black ice.

“Your Servant is Chen Mo, a friend of Ting Nanyuan. Your Servant has come specifically to help Your Highness, Princess Chang.” Chen Mo deferentially cupped his fist.

“Little Sister Nanyuan truly has troubled you.” The girl slightly smiled. Her voice had a kind of crystalline allure. It was very pleasant on the ears, such that it made one unable to raise even the slightest hint of profanity. “My Cold Disease cannot be cured. Please go back, Your Distinguished Self.” Having been trapped at the bottom of the volcano, she clearly was unaware of Chen Mo’s identity.

“To be quite honest, Your Servant is the fourth son of the current Lord Chang’an. I have come this time also to make a plea of Your Highness Princess Chang.” Chen Mo’s tone was sincere. Although his counterpart was blind, she still stared with an imposing gaze.1

“Lord Chang’an? You are Chen Zhangtian’s son?”

“Indeed.”

“The Great Chong’s Two Lords stand on the same level as the Human Sovereign, and their direct descendants are accorded titles of ‘Highness’ and ‘Princess.’ What trouble can there be…Hm, can it be said that Lord Chang’an’s achievements are so magnificent they have struck fear in the current emperor?” The girl’s thoughts were penetrating, already deducing the the facts of the situation from just his few words.

“You have offended Seven Stars Huan Wen?!” She said.

“Yes, but the important thing is still Your Servant’s mission.”

“As the Young Lord can see, I am but a cripple trapped in a volcano, how can I help the Young Lord and Lord Chang’an with anything? Huan Wen will not listen to me.” The girl smiled, very calmly acknowledging her own situation.

“Princess Chang misunderstands. Your Servant does not want to have Princess Chang plead her for leniency or to make enemies of her. Your Servant has already established his own aspirations; Your Servant must defeat Huan Wen in order to enter the Inner Star Fields!”

The girl gasped. “Hm?” Her tone containing some shock.

To defeat Huan Wen and enter the Inner Star Fields, this was somewhat unbelievable coming from the mouth of a cultivator. Even if her heart was like ice, she would never have thought of this.

“Lord Father conducts himself sincerely in the service of others. He does not wish to overthrow the previous dynasty at all, but Emperor Tang and the Chen Family are already like fire and water. Your Servant wishes to ask that Princess Chang make an appearance. When Your Servant defeats Huan Wen in the future, we ask that Princess Chang take charge of the current dynasty.” Chen Mo calmly spoke about his thoughts. In front of the girl whose mind was quick-witted, there was no meaning in hiding anything.

This was one of the reasons why he agreed to Ting Nanyuan’s request.

Chen Mo already learned of his father’s intentions from Big Sister Chen Luan. In the future, even if he defeated Huan Wen, Emperor Tang’s influence would still remain. Thus, if a member of the imperial family supported Chang’an Mansion and came to govern the Great Chong, this clearly would bode a bit better for the Chen Family.

Before meeting Princess Chang, Chen Mo was not too worried at all, however, after coming face to face for the first time, Chen Mo was immediately subdued by the girl’s voice and thoughts. With her bright mind, installing a new power would only benefit the Great Chong.

The girl smiled and slid her wheelchair forward a few steps forward: “Do you feel you can defeat Huan Wen? Even if you cultivate Star Energy, you are not a Star General, after all.”

“I can!” Chen Mo was still resolute.

“I never imagined that the Great Chong Dynasty would have a man as indomitable as you. It truly is a pity that you and Huan Wen are enemies.” Princess Chang softly sighed, though it was unclear if she was pitying Huan Wen or Chen Mon.

Chen Mo’s gaze followed the movements of her wheelchair. He said: “Your Highness Princess Chang, can it be that you are willing to waste your entire life and let your Star Name disappear in this place?”

Star Names were always the soft spot in a Star General’s heart. The young woman fell silent for a while. She smiled: “Alright, but as you can see, I can only remain trapped in this place right now. Nanyuan should have already informed you about the situation regarding my body.”

“Nanyuan spoke a bit about it, however, I am not too sure what this Cold Disease is.” Chen Mo was honest.

“The Cold Disease in my body has sealed the growth of my Star Name. The disease requires the aid of this environment to be suppressed. If I leave this place, then my body will freeze, and my Star Name will fall.”

Chen Mo was taken aback: “There is actually a strange sickness like this?” To be able to freeze the maturation of a Star Name, this was simply shocking.

“How can you help me?” The girl faintly smiled and asked.

“This is a keepsake that Nanyuan wishes to give Your Highness. Your Servant asks that Your Highness take…” Chen Mo coughed, noticing that the girl apparently had no way to see it.

Princess Chang beckoned with her hand, and a frigid Star Crest appeared on the ground. Then, a puppet soldier carved from black ice appeared from the Star Crest. This puppet soldier emitted an oppressive and chilling aura. Surprisingly, it made even Chen Mo feel that the cold was overflowing. Perhaps this puppet was capable of contending against Greater Thunder Tribulation.

It took the keepsake and letter from Chen Mo’s hand.

Although she was blind, Star Generals had Divine Intent. Ting Nanyuan’s letter was not written with characters or etched at all.2 Once Princess Chang’s thoughts entered, she was able to more or less know the contents of the letter.

After confirming Chen Mo’s identity, the girl curiously asked: “Nanyuan said you have conquered several of Nan Jiang’s major Star Names. Is this true?”

“Yes, however, this is not the point.” Chen Mo fake coughed.

The girl laughed, somewhat understanding where Chen Mo’s self-confidence came from, “What a pity my sense of sight has already been obscured by Cold Qi. If I am actually healed, then I truly wish to see how a young hero such as you carries yourself.”

These words made Chen Mo blush. “Princess Chang, you flatter Your Servant.”

“I cultivated Star Energy. I have also cultivated the Ting Family’s Nine Yang Soul Technique, and I have the True Dragon Yang Supplement Pill that a Daoist bestowed upon me. My Star Energy is practically pure Yang. May Your Servant be so bold as to ask Princess Chang to try.”

“What harm is there.” The girl’s thoughts were optimistic, her smile neat.

Chen Mo walked close to the girl. That puppet soldier immediately emitted hostility. Only after the girl waved her hand did the puppet soldier withdraw.

When he was within reach of this Ice Princess, Chen Mo felt even more deeply that this girl’s breath was so ice-cold, that her skin was so limpid, the flow of each vessel filled with a painful cold.

The girl extended her wrist: “Please try, Young Lord.”

I will inject Star Energy into Your Highness. Because the extreme cold that Your Highness has contracted is the poison of Cold Qi, my Star Energy’s Yang energy perhaps can dispel it. However, I have never attempted this method. If any discomfort should result, please ask Your Servant to stop immediately, Princess Chang.” Chen Mo was also endlessly nervous, after all, this Cold Disease that was able to freeze the growth of a Star Name was beyond his imagination.

In Qin Guan’s words, his Star Energy possessed the pure Yang qi of a man, and it was an inhibitor of the Cold Disease.

The girl nodded.

“As Young Lord said, rather than bury this Star Name here for all my life, it would be better for it to fall, to let other Sisters inherit this Star Name and shine bright.”

“Princess Chang, your benevolence will be repaid with great fortune.” Chen Mo gave a sigh of admiration when he listened to her words. Compared to Huan Wen, the young woman in front of him honestly was too good.

“Do not call me Princess Chang anymore. Just call me Diaobing.”3

“Diaobing?”

“This is my True Name.”

Chen Mo held the girl’s wrist. Her skin was soft like a sheet of frost. Then, Chen Mo activated the Star Manual Of Masters Gan And Shi, converting all of his magic energy into Star Energy. Afterwards, he activated Zhongli Mo’s “Ash Burning” Innate Skill, and a ring of fire appeared around Chen Mo.

His Star Energy entered the girl’s body, like a bolt of fierce Yang.

A gorgeous splash of color appeared on her translucent, veiny, blue-white skin. Diaobing could not help but moan. This soft moan made Chen Mo’s mind nearly break free.

Her voice honestly was too beautiful.

Star Energy entered the girl’s body, and very quickly, a Cold Qi dispersed the Yang Qi Star Energy. Chen Mo was already prepared for this, and he continued to channel his Star Energy in.

This vast consumption of Star Energy was more challenging than battle. In mere moments, Chen Mo was already beginning to feel weak.

Princess of Chang, Diaobing’s, long eyelashes started to quiver. Her voice slowly grew quite and her breathing labored. Clearly, she already felt the encroachment of the Star Energy. The intrusion of this heat that was filled with a man’s masculinity brought the woman a kind of unprecedented and fantastic experience, as if she was completely naked in front of her counterpart.

To Princess Chang, who had never been in close contact with a man, this type of feeling was more deadly than the Cold Qi.

After a long while.

Chen Mo saw that there were already beads of sweat on Diaobing’s forehead, and a rosy hue had appeared on her snow-white skin. “Princess Highness, how do you feel? If there is no effect, I will stop.” Chen Mo heaved like an ox.

“Young Lord’s Star Energy is truly unfathomable…It is more domineering than Diaobing had imagined…” The young woman’s whole body was shuddering nonstop.

“But it had only some effect, it seems.” Diaobing sensed that the Cold Qi in her body was slightly weaker before.

“That is such a relief.” Chen Mo was delighted. He was afraid it would be useless, that his earlier efforts were for nothing. As long as there was a little effect, it was worth a shot.

“But to Young Lord Chen Mo, the Star Energy expenditure is too great.” The girl shook her head. She could imagine the vastness of the Star Energy needed to dispel the Cold Qi and that it could even cost Chen Mo his life.

“Compared to being able to let Princess Chang revive her Star Name, this bit of Star Energy amounts to nothing.” Chen Mo smiled.

“Very well then…”

No one was able to refuse the enticement of developing a Star Name, and Diaobing was no exception.

Night had already fallen outside the volcano. Ting Nanyuan and Nianyou was still waiting anxiously outside.

“Shit, I don’t know how long it will take to dispel the Cold Qi.” Ting Nanyuan wrinkled her brow.

Just at this moment, that Lesser Thunder Tribulation from earlier ran over. “Princess Highness.”

“What’s the matter?” Ting Nanyuan asked.

“Princess Highness, Her Highness Huan Wen and the prince are headed straight for Soaring Flame Mountain. Please hide, Princess Highness.” The Lesser Thunder Tribulation cultivator nervously pleaded.

Huan Wen was incomparable to the Prince of Yang. She would show absolutely no quarter and kill whoever dared to intrude Soaring Flame Mountain.

“What, why is Huan Wen here.” Ting Nanyuan hurriedly ran in circles. “Chen Mo is still at the bottom of the volcano.”

“Princess Highness, please, you must get away.” The cultivator said once again.

Ting Nanyuan looked at Nianyou and recalled Chen Mo’s words. She absolutely could not allow anyone else to find out about her, especially Huan Wen. “Alright. Nianyou, you and I will have to run for now. And do you have any way to alert the people down below.”

“Subordinate will do his utmost.” The cultivator said.

Then, he waved his hand, and a cool breeze swept by, taking the two of them down the mountain.

After a while.

A woman in a white robe and black armor already appeared in front of Soaring Flame Mountain. Her brow was full of intense killing intent, making one unable to stare at her directly.

“Has anyone entered recently?” Huan Wen asked.

“Reporting to Your highness, no one has entered!”

“Open it, I want to go see this Princess Chang.” Huan Wen sneered.
